Those are NOT cheerleaders. They are dancers. HUUUGGGEEE difference. And as an expert in the field of cheerleading I can tell you that most of those young ladies would be insulted if you called them cheerleaders. Its an insult to their craft. Just like we are insulted when people call us dancers or give us pom poms.

Cheerleaders wear uniforms, not costumes. Cheerleaders stunt and cheer and tumble. Dancers jump and dance.
